Garam masala is majorly used in India due to its less penetrating in taste of the food as it has ingredients like fennel and Cinnamon leaves which have a cooling impact to the blended spice of KBM Garam masala.

Usage: It is one of the permanent ingredients used in every vegetable dish’s curry of India and also to sprinkle upon side starters like samosas, roasted sweet potatoes, and other Indian cuisine food.
