KBM PASTA MASALA

Boil Water in a kadhai on a high flame. Put some Refined Oil in it. Add 80 gm Raw Pasta. Let it boil for 8 – 10 minutes on a high flame. Strain it. Spread some Refined Oil ensuring Pasta doesn’t stick to it. Keep it aside. Take pan or kadhai. Heat 10 – 12 gm Butter on medium flame. Add 1 teaspoon of chopped Garlic. Saute well. Add 1 teaspoon of chopped Onion. Add 15 gm of diced assorted Capsicum. Keep stirring. Add a pinch of KBM Black Pepper Powder. Add KBM Salt to taste. Add 2 teaspoons of KBM Pasta Masala. Add ½ cup Water. Add a teaspoon of Cream. Keep stirring. Let it cook open! minute. Add boiled Pasta keep aside and toss it. Add 2 – 3 pieces of Basil leaves ripped. Dish it out on a plate or big bowl. Garnish with fresh Basil Leaf.
