Add 50gm Desi Ghee in a kadhai on high flame and heat it well. Add a pinch of Cumin Seeds (Jeera). Add a pinch of Fennel Seeds. Let them crackle. Add 1 piece of Onion finely chopped. Stir well and cook until sweaty. Add ½ teaspoon KBM Turmeric Powder. Add 2 teaspoons of Ginger Garlic paste, Add 1 piece of Tomato finely chopped. Add 3 teaspoons of Tomato Puree. Add 2 pieces of Achaari Mirchis cut into roundels. Add 1 cup Water. Add 1 teaspoon of KBM Cumin Powder. Add 1 tablespoon KBM Kitchen King. Add some freshly chopped Coriander Leaves. Add KBM Salt to taste. Add 2 tablespoons of Fresh Cream. Add 120gm of freshly grated Paneer. Toss and mix well. Serve hot garnished with chopped Coriander Leaves.
